How do I accept airport trips and bookings?
Advance Bookings from airports may be accepted through on-demand trips or Advance Bookings in the GoCatch Driver App. All Airport bookings and trips are subject to the rules and regulations of the Airport at which the pickup will occur, including permissible waiting areas, tolls, access cards and fees.
The Driver Terms and Conditions of the Airports in which a Driver may operate are available below.
Note: Depending on each airport you may be required to register with the airport (BNE – E-tag number), acquire a swipe card from GoCatch (CBR), acquire a swipe card from the airport (ADL), or undertake additional approval steps.

Brisbane Airport
In order to accept trips from Brisbane Airport, Drivers must be set up and subject to a Driver Partner Licence with Brisbane Airport. Drivers may contact GoCatch at support@gocatch.com, or contact Brisbane Airport directly at gto.info@bne.com.au in order to obtain and complete the necessary licensing documents.

Perth Airport
In order to accept trips from Perth Airport, Drivers must be set up on the Perth Airport Driver Access system, which provides drivers with access cards for designated pickup areas. These access card systems are available to Taxi, Maxi and Premium Services on our booking network.
