GoCatch has partnered with the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, enabling you to earn Qantas Points on every trip booked and paid for through the GoCatch app.

Qantas Points can be redeemed for Reward flights or thousands of other products and services, such as hotels, wine and travel insurance, once you log in to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. To earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points, you’ll need to have an account with GoCatch and be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. If you are not already a Qantas Frequent Flyer Program member, you can join without incurring a joining fee by completing the membership application form. Then simply add your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details to your GoCatch account to earn Qantas Points with GoCatch. You’ll then earn Qantas Points on every trip taken with GoCatch. 

How do I earn Qantas Points with GoCatch?

  • Download the GoCatch app and create an account, or login with your existing details.
  • Link your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details to your GoCatch account.
  • Book and pay for through the GoCatch app. Earn Qantas Points on every trip with GoCatch.

I don't have a Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number - how do I get one?

If you are not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer program without incurring a joining fee by completing the membership application form.

How soon will I receive my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number?

Once you have completed the online form, your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number will be sent to you shortly. You will then receive an email from Qantas with important details about your membership.

How do I earn points?

  • Login or create a GoCatch account.
  • Select the menu button in the top left hand side of the GoCatch app and then select Qantas Frequent Flyer

Once you have added your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details to your GoCatch account, every booking and payment you make through the GoCatch app will earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 60 days of the Eligible Payment.

Can I add more than one Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to my GoCatch account?

No. Only one Qantas Frequent Flyer number can be linked to one GoCatch account and they must belong to the same individual. The name on your GoCatch account must match the name you have registered with your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

How soon after linking accounts will I start to earn Qantas Points?

Once your GoCatch account is linked to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, you will be able to earn points immediately for all travel made using the GoCatch app.

Do I have to add my own Qantas Frequent Flyer number?

Yes. The Qantas Frequent Flyer membership and the GoCatch account need to be in the name of the same person.

How do I earn more Qantas points?

Visit the Qantas Points website to find out about all the different ways you can earn Qantas Points. Also subscribe to GoCatch’s exclusive email deals and you’ll be informed about when special promotions are run for bonus Qantas Points.

Can I swap my Qantas Points for cash or store credit on my GoCatch account?

No, you cannot swap points for cash or store credit. You can redeem your Qantas Points for Awards and Rewards through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.

Can I claim Qantas Points for past trips?

You cannot claim Qantas Points for past trips. Qantas Points are only earned on Eligible Payments made after linking a Qantas Frequent Flyer number to a GoCatch Account. Please ensure that you add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your GoCatch account prior to trips taken.

What do I do if I have forgotten my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number?

You can call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre on 13 11 31.

When will my Qantas Points be credited to my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?

You will earn Qantas Points when the payment through GoCatch has been processed. Please allow up to 60 days for your Qantas Points to be credited to your QFF Account.

I have earned Qantas Points through GoCatch but don't see them in my Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

Check your GoCatch invoices to see all the points you have earned. If you believe there is an error with the points you have earned through GoCatch please contact our Support Team.

What happens to the Qantas Points I have earned if I get a refund from GoCatch?

If a refund is issued through goCatch, any Qantas Points that were earned on the refunded amount of that service will be deducted from your account.

Will my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details automatically update when I update my GoCatch account?

No, you will need to update your personal details in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account separately to your GoCatch account. You can update your personal details at qantas.com. To change your surname call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre on 13 11 31.
